Returns Policy
What can be returned
Items may be returned if they are faulty, do not match the listing (wrong part, wrong condition), or are damaged on arrival.
Items may also be returned for “change of mind” or buyer’s remorse (e.g. ordered wrong part), but only if:
- returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags/papers/accessories;
- within a set timeframe.
Timeframe for returns
Faulty / incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items arrived damaged must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Change of mind returns: within 30 days of receiving provided the item is unused.
Condition requirements
Products must be returned in original condition (not installed, fitted, painted or modified).
Packaging must be intact (no major damage) including any manufacturer’s box/inserts.
Some parts (gaskets, consumables, electrical parts) may have more restrictive conditions or may not be returnable if opened/fitted.
Restocking / Fees
For change of mind returns, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Shipping costs for returns due to buyer error are borne by the buyer.
Exclusions
- Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” in listing.
- Electrical / electronic items may require testing before returns are accepted.
- Consumables, gaskets, filters, belts etc. once fitted or removed from sealed packaging.
Refund / Exchange
Once return approved and item received in acceptable condition, refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund is via the original payment method.
Credits / store credit may be offered in some cases.
Process
Customer must contact support to obtain a return authorisation.
Include proof of purchase (order number, invoice) and details + photos of damage or mismatch if relevant.
Use a trackable shipping method for returns.
