1. Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage
Warranty covers defects in material under normal use for 1 year.
Manufacturer’s warranty may also apply—if mentioned.
What is NOT covered / voids
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification or external causes (accidents etc.).
- Normal wear and tear (belts, seals, filters etc.) unless specified.
- Labour charges, fitting costs, or costs to remove/reinstall parts.
- Items that have been altered, painted, or used contrary to manufacturer recommendations.
Warranty duration & conditions
12 months from purchase, if not defined in the product listing.
Require proof of purchase/invoice and proof of installation by a certified mechanic.
Warranty Offer
Customer to send part back to us for evaluation. Buyer must include original purchase invoice and invoice for installation of part from the certified mechanic/tradesperson.
Customer bears cost of return shipping unless faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Inspections / bench testing may be required by manufacturer or a third party.
We cannot offer a warranty claim if we don’t receive the part back.
Under warranty claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund (product cost) only. Workmanship or service charges are not included in warranty claim.
Repair, replace, or provide a credit/refund depending on assessment.
2. Postage & Shipping Policy
Shipping options & lead times
We provide shipping through multiple carriers like AusPost, Couriers Please, Aramex etc.
Handling time is mentioned in the listings. We generally ship within 1–2 business days of receiving the order. However, dispatch may be delayed in some cases because of reasons beyond our control.
We share tracking details once the item has been shipped.
Once dispatched, buyers can directly contact courier company for information on the order delivery. We cannot control operations of our courier partners.
Buying Terms
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Orders are subject to product availability. The Torq Parts reserves the right to cancel or amend orders if products are unavailable or discontinued.
Payment is required at the time of order unless credit terms have been pre-approved.
