Our Standard Trading Terms apply to all sales and are deemed to be incorporated into all contracts for the sale of goods and/or services. These terms and conditions cannot be varied by you in any form including those that may be printed on your purchase order. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is demonstrated by you purchasing goods and/or services from us.

Quotes are valid for 7 Days.

List prices are for guidance purposes only.

Photos are for Illustration purposes only.

All goods are sold for the use or purpose of repair only.

TorqParts is not an official parts distributor of any vehicle manufacturer. All TorqParts Genuine Parts are parallel imported.

STRICTLY NO PAYPAL ALLOWED FOR LOCAL PICK UP ITEMS. Please note: It is a requirement for customers purchasing any Bulky/Oversize items to supply a Business Address upon checkout.

SALES ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranty/Returns:

All items sold by TORQPARTS include a minimum 90 day limited conditional warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any associated costs including labour or other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part. Returns for credit are only accepted if: -Parts are received within 30 days of original invoice date. -Parts are in original condition. -Parts are in the original packaging. A no fault discretionary credit will not be allowed on any item having an invoiced value of $10.00 or less.

Returns Policy

1. You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase order, provided that products returned must be in the original unopened packing, and the packaging must not be damaged.

2. We will not refund any postal costs of returning an item/s to us. This includes Warranty items. All non-warranty returns incur a re-stocking fee of 20%.

3. Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned.

4. Under no circumstances will we refund monies before we have received your product back to our shop, and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.

5. We may refund via cheque, credit card or PayPal.

6. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process by cheque, approximately 5-10 days by credit card and approximately 2-3 days by PayPal.

7. Store Purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase.

8. Online purchases must be returned to the following address with your proof of purchase: TorqParts,14 Scoresby Rd, Bayswater, Vic, 3153. 9. NO refunds issued in change of mind purchases. In the above circumstances, an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value or a Merchant Credit will apply.

10. All special/custom orders are non-returnable.

11. Strictly NO CASH REFUNDS PERMITTED.

12. All Warranty claims void due to improper installation.

13. Free post items - Return postage costs are assumed at $9.95 or 15% of sale price, whichever is greater of the two.

14. A Signature upon delivery is required for any item/s purchased from TorqParts.

15. Postage exclusions may apply, please check specific item details for further information. TorqParts does not post to PO Box or Parcel Locker locations under any circumstances.
